Thank you so much for your interest in carrying Amber & Oak candles. I am truly excited about the possibility of working together. To keep the wholesale process smooth and intentional, all orders are submitted through this request listing.
Each candle is hand poured in small batches using clean burning ingredients and thoughtfully blended fragrances designed to evoke warmth, nostalgia, and bookish charm. Because everything is made with care by one person, I review each order to ensure that your order can be filled depending on supplies + time.
How It Works
Submit your wholesale order request through this listing. Feel free to ask any questions about upcoming seasonal releases - pre orders are always encouraged to ensure your order before online seasonal launches. Some scents may sell out quickly and are limited edition.
On the order request contact form - Please include your name or business name, address for shipping or if you will pick up locally, preferred scents and quantities. Once received, your request will be reviewed within a few business days. After approval, an invoice will be sent for payment.
Order Details
Minimum order quantity is 24 candles, priced at $13 a candle with a MSRP of $23 minimum. Orders over 48 candles are $12 a candle. Larger discounts are given for quantities over 100, please inquire. Shipping will be added to your total based on your order weight and size when packed. Local free pickup is available.
Lead time can range between 1-6 weeks depending on requested scent availability and order size. Some seasonal scents may be limited edition and only available for a short period of time. Custom scent curation or private labeling may be available upon request, please inquire for pricing as it is different than the standard wholesale candle price.
