Thank you so much for your interest in carrying Amber & Oak candles. I am truly excited about the possibility of working together. To keep the wholesale process smooth and intentional, all orders are submitted through this request listing.
Each candle is hand poured in small batches using clean burning ingredients and thoughtfully blended fragrances designed to evoke warmth, nostalgia, and bookish charm. Because everything is made with care by one person, I review each order to ensure that your order can be filled depending on supplies + time.
How It Works
Submit your wholesale order request through this listing. Feel free to ask any questions about upcoming seasonal releases - pre orders are always encouraged to ensure your order before online seasonal launches. Some scents may sell out quickly and are limited edition.
On the order request contact form - Please include your name or business name, address for shipping or if you will pick up locally, preferred scents and quantities. Once received, your request will be reviewed within a few business days. After approval, an invoice will be sent for payment.
Order Details
Minimum order quantity is 24 candles, priced at $13 a candle with a MSRP of $23 minimum. Orders over 48 candles are $12 a candle. Larger discounts are given for quantities over 100, please inquire. Shipping will be added to your total based on your order weight and size when packed. Local free pickup is available.
Lead time can range between 1-6 weeks depending on requested scent availability and order size. Some seasonal scents may be limited edition and only available for a short period of time. Custom scent curation or private labeling may be available upon request, please inquire for pricing as it is different than the standard wholesale candle price.

Standard - 7oz Single Wick Amber Jar Candle (No Front Label, Warning Label included on the bottom)
This includes: Amber jar + gold lid - Your choice of available past and current Amber & Oak scent blends - $15.00 per candle (no branding or label applied)
Mini - 3.5oz Single Wick Amber Jar Candle (No Front Label, Warning Label included on the bottom)
This includes: Amber jar + gold lid - Your choice of available past and current Amber & Oak scent blends - $8 per candle (no branding or label applied)
Custom Made Label Upgrades:

Have Amber & Oak design a custom label to match your branding. You can provide your logos, fonts, and overall design direction for a personalized look. Pricing per candle will increase from $15/per candle, and may vary depending on materials, complexity, and order quantity for custom label printing. Please note: custom label printing on specialty materials requires minimum order quantities from my print suppliers. Minimum label quantities from the printing companies may vary depending on the material selected and complexity. All will be discussed prior to production to ensure alignment with your order size and budget. Many orders can be accommodated at the 24 candle minimum for custom label add on in standard square or rectangular label sizes, on materials like white textured paper, kraft, white bopp, or white matte paper, in color or black and white for an extra $1 per candle.

Custom Scent Creation: $50 one time cost per scent - additional testing time needed, timing varies upon supplier availability
Clear Jar instead of Amber Jar - +$25 per order (Not kept in stock, will be ordered out for you)
Different Color Lid - Black, White, Silver - +$25 per order (Not kept in stock, will be ordered out for you)

How to Order
Please submit an inquiry below and include the scents and quantities you are interested in (past or current collections are welcome), and I will confirm availability. Indicate your requested quantity per scent. Once details are finalized, an invoice will be sent for approval. If you have customization requests such as your own scent blend, clear jar, different color lid, please include those as well. Shipping is additional and will be calculated based on order size, weight, and delivery distance. Local pickup is available.
