Step into the shadowed edges of old stories; the ones whispered by firelight, where the woods are alive, curiosity is dangerous, and the lessons learned along the way are always lurking at the end of each page.
This trio is a curated set of three story-driven scents inspired by classic folktales told in their older, darker forms. Each candle captures a moment where innocence meets the unknown.
Included Scents:
Little Red Riding Hood
A walk through deep, dark woods as the scent of baking spice curls through the trees. Light hints of distant woodsmoke drift from a far away hearth while something watchful follows just out of sight. Warm, woodsy, and faintly feral - a tale of caution in the shadows.
Hansel & Gretel
Sweetness lures you off the path. Gingerbread walls and vanilla icing melt into untamed forest air, spiced with clove buds and childlike curiosity. Cozy at first… until the woods close in and the story turns.
Rumpelstiltskin
Bundles of straw and spindle wood hum with strange magic. Golden thread gleams in low light, wrapped in amber resin and mischief. A candle that feels clever, old-world, and slightly untrustworthy; just like the man who spun it.

The first time you light your candle, allow the wax to pool all the way to the outer edges of the glass jar. Allowing a full melt pool guarantees an even burn (no tunneling) and maximum fragrance throw. To ensure optimum scent and a cleaner burn please keep the wick trimmed in between burns.
Always burn candles on a level, heat-resistant stable surface and keep your candle away from any drafts or other heat sources to avoid your candle burning too quick or unevenly.

Want your candle to last longer with minimal soot? Trim the wick to 1/4” before every single burn, and keep it lit for 3-4 hours at a time.

Soy Candles:
• Due to the nature of our 100% pure soy wax, may notice a slight frosting on the top of your candles. This is completely normal and a sign that the candles are, in fact, made with soy wax!
• Soy wax is non-toxic and environmentally friendly.
• Soy wax is biodegradable and can be cleaned up with soap and water if spilled.
• Soy candles have a more natural, lighter scent compared to paraffin wax candles. They burn cleaner and do not release potentially harmful petrochemicals into the air while burning, and are great for those who are sensitive to strong headache causing candles in the stores today.

Each item is handmade by me in my small home on long island, NY. Because all of these items are handmade, they may have minor imperfections at times such as: slightly off-centered label or wick, tiny markings on the outside of the jar, textured wax on top (typical with natural waxes), etc. None of these impact the quality of the candle. Please realize that scents are subjective and I appreciate you taking the chance on my aromas without sniffing them first. Some Amber & Oak candles are novelty items and can be non-traditional scents. They are my personal creative interpretation of the story behind the candle and it is possible for you to disagree with the scent.
